Back from the BBQ. Good to chat with all the athletes. Got my picture with Matt Long. But now I’m fading fast. Very tired. Took epsom salt bath, and now it’s time to lie down. One more big day tomorrow, then the long drive home.

    1. Weekly Review
      By Neil

I found that I am completely stressed if I try and do the weekly review like you mentioned.

Instead I do it casually on Saturday afternoon, or even before my workout. The “brain dump” allows me to get on with the rest of my day/weekend.

Hi Courtney. As it turns out I do have an account on TrainingPeaks through a former triathlon coach. It’s been over a year since I’ve used the site, so I’m planning on spending some time on TP to look at the new features. Thanks for the offer of tour!

      Hey Greg,

Sounds like you’ve got some great goals! I actually work for TrainingPeaks and would be more than happy to give you a tour of the software or help you get set up. We’d love to help you on your fitness journey. Shoot me an email if you’d like any help.

Either way, it’s great to see people taking charge of their health and fitness. Best of luck with everything!

I love the photo of your kitty sleeping and being having so much patience!
Give Grippers a hug and kiss from me if you wouldn’t mind.
      Happy New Year!

I love, love, LOVE the Buckingham Nicks album. Have it on vinyl and Stevie included “Long Distance Winner” on her box set about 10 years ago. Is it finally digital?
